Not long ago, I was exactly where you might be right now — constantly exhausted, running on
fumes, and feeling disconnected from myself. I was juggling work, motherhood, and home life, but
somewhere along the way, I stopped taking care of me. Nothing in my closet made me feel good. I avoided mirrors, ducked out of family
photos, and envied my husband’s fitness and energy. I felt invisible — not just to others, but to
myself.
I remember one day huffing and puffing up a single flight of stairs, holding my toddler, and
realizing... something had to change. I was 207 lbs, out of shape, and emotionally drained. I was
